City Council Commission D admitted satisfied seeing the result of Semper Barat Flat construction, in Semper Barat, Cilincing, West Jakarta.

"From our checking, all units and facilities are ready to be occupied," said Pantas Nainggolan, Member of City Council Commission D, Tuesday (9/5).
He explained, Semper Barat Flat is constructed with 16 floors and 235 units. Though it has been completed, this flat is still not occupied because it needs to wait for flat rental rates.
"We visit it to ensure its construction in accordance to the plan before it is occupied," he expressed.
Another member of City Council Commission D, Neneng Hasanah assessed Semper Barat Flat is better than KS Tubun Flat.
"I still do not know who will occupy this place," she expressed.
She hopes, people from Tugu Selatan, Sukapura, and Pegangsaan who are impacted by relocation can occupy this flat.
